Development of working documentation for the project Modernization of process control systems for electrolysis vessels.

In December 2019, the Company’s design department completed the development of an automated aluminum process control system for RUSAL Krasnoyarsk JSC.
Our Company won the competition and began work in the month of September. As a result of the team work of the entire design department, for more than three months, a process control system modernization project was developed and an industrial safety examination was passed with information entered in the Register of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor).
The automated control system «SAAT» is intended for:
— automated monitoring and control of the technological process of aluminum production based on the use of software and hardware and technologies for the collection, processing, storage and transmission of information;
— automatic control of equipment status and technological parameters;
— real-time generation and accumulation of data on equipment status and technological parameters;
— the formation of reporting and statistical documents in the given forms.
The aim of developing a system modernization project is:
— optimization of the technological process through the use of advanced visualization tools, modern control algorithms and analysis of accumulated technological information;
— minimize the impact of the human factor on the processes of collecting and processing information about the technological process.
As a result of the coordinated work of the entire team of Industrial Automation LLC, the tasks set were completed in full on time.
